The VPX100 Volumetric Pump is a high precision, servo controlled dispense valve based on a progressive cavity pump principle. Internal seals provide for drip free shut off when dispensing very low viscosity fluids. The design of the pump also allows for shear free dispensing of fluids with abrasive fillers, which can become damaged when dispensing using other technologies.

The VPX100 is targeted for high accuracy applications such as:

• Underfill
• Thermal Grease
• Epoxy Encapsulants
• Dam & Fill
• Optical bonding

The VPX100 Volumetric Pump has many integrated features including:

• High precision +/- 1%
• Luer Lok outlet connection
• Self sealing = no drip of low viscosity fluids
• Larger sizes available for higher flow rates
