  • Manufacturing Team Member

    The Manufacturing Team Member is responsible for manufacturing the systems and products sold by PVA. This position ensures that product is assembled correctly and shipped on time.

    Job Duties:

    - Reads and interprets electrical and mechanical schematics to assemble components

    - Uses a volt meter and hand tools

    - Cable assembly and cable integration into motion platform

    - Ensures department meets weekly average shipment targets

    - Ensures that goals and expectations are met, and product is being developed on schedule

  • Director of Global Supply Chain & Logistics

    Job Description: The Director of Global Supply Chain & Logistics oversees all functions of supply chain and logistics related to ongoing operations. This position ensures the processes, systems, maintenance, standards, leadership, and training are put in place to support PVA’s growing business footprint.

     

    Job Responsibilities:

    Responsible for the daily management of all supply chain and logistics team members and operations.

    Challenge all existing procedures, consistently analyze and advise on local and international supply chain platform capabilities as well as logistics processes.

    Responsible for growing our global supplier footprint

    Establish quarterly and annual initiatives in conjunction with senior management to drive reductions in material and fixed costs.

    Drive continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives to create standardized processes and efficiencies throughout the organization.

    Manage department autonomously with the ability to Implement strategy, take action, and track results in line with company growth plans.

    Manage and maintain all existing and future operational and reporting systems.

    Streamline the effective use of our Global ERP System

    Oversee system controls, risks and procedure breaks.

    Maintain responsibility and accountability for global item master list and data management/integrity.

    Manage an accurate and dynamic vendor scorecard with vendor rankings and priority levels.

    Support all finance and accounting company requirements and reporting methods with 100% accuracy (cycle counting, on hand inventory values, etc.).

    Responsible for all documentation, management, adherence, and integrity of compliance programs, including global export compliance, internal compliance, and customer support compliance.

    The Network Administrator is responsible for user support and customer service on company-supported computer applications and platforms. This position also troubleshoots problems and advises on the appropriate action.

    Set up and configure workstations and phones by departmental standards.

    The Helpdesk Technician will troubleshoot and resolve technical and software problems for local and remote users. This position will research problems and maintain dialogue with externalresources.

  • Inventory Team Member

    Job Description: The Inventory Team Member is responsible for receiving, stocking, maintaining, and inventorying parts used to build PVA's machinery. This position ensures parts are available when needed for production.

     

    Job Requirements:

    Distribute materials, products, parts, and supplies to customers or coworkers, based on information from incoming requisitions.

    Receive and ensure parts are identified correctly and placed in the correct location/bin.

    Monitor and report inventory variances.

    Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage.

    Keep appropriate inventory records and adjustments.

    Complete new item set up in system as needed.

    Conduct cycle counts as needed.

    Conduct physical inventory of all parts once per year and meet company shrink goal.

    Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety standards.

     

    Skills:

    Must have strong verbal communication and listening skills.
